My office colleague Jas, likes my food and I take tiffin for her as well.
Being a punjabi she loves Chana, but she does not like too much masala, so do I.
So, I made soaked kabuli chana over night and boil them next day with some salt, tez patta and one moti ilayachi.
Then heat a little ghee, crack some black seeds and add the boiled Chana.
Now, add haldi, finely chopped green chillies and half a spoon ginger garlic paste.
After a while add tomato and let everything cook in slow flame for 15 minutes.
ta-da.. Chana no masala ready 🙂
