Its raining in Mumbai and I am craving for some fried stuff.
My dad used to make these fried paneer (kind of fresh cheese) and used them in any recipe or just have them with a little salt and red chili powder sprinkle over it.
So i fried some paneer cubes with potato cubes in mustard oil, not deep fried but until it turns golden.
Then I added a little garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. I stirred it for a while and then i added some finely chopped tomatoes and cooked it for a while and then added some water. Let it cook for 10 minutes in slow flame and here you go super simple, healthy golden paneer curry for monsoon 😉
