How do I make healthy oats into a pahadi recipe.
Very simple. Pahadi (people from hills) people love ghee. So I experimented healthy oats with some ghee.
Heat 1 spoon ghee and roast some cashew nuts in it. How many? How much ever you want, just make sure they are less then oats 🙂
then add one bowl full of oats and roast it. After a while add some milk and let it dry.
once the milk is soaked up add 1 tb sugar and tadaaa… we are ready with Garhwali oats.
